Ace brings over 27 years of proven leadership in the automotive industry, including founding and managing buy-here-pay-here dealerships, finance companies, an insurance agency, and more. Since 2013, he has been with SecureClose, where he founded the company and developed the first generation of the product. He is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences and a Past President/Board Member of the AIADA. Ace has been married for 35 years and is a dedicated family man, continuing to lead in automotive compliance and technology innovation.
Joseph J Dzurinko
Chief Financial Officer
Joseph J. Dzurinko is the Co-Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and co-founder of SecureClose. He brings more than 35 years of business and financial expertise to the Company. His experience includes work with an international public accounting firm, senior financial officer for a NYSE company, and an independent consultant for startup companies, turnaround engagements, tax matter resolution, and due diligence and negotiations in acquisitions and debt and equity financing. He is a multi-faceted entrepreneur in his own right and he has invested in and participates in an executive management role in several companies, including a buy-here-pay-here. He has served on several boards of directors.
Stan Heintz
President
Stan Heintz brings over forty years of sales, technical, financial and management experience to the Company. His experience includes corporate computer sales, sales management and systems and software development. He started TaxMax in 1994 and grew its ‘tax refund for down payment’ program for used car dealers to over 1100 dealers. In 2000, TaxMax was purchased by Carbiz, Inc., a publicly traded company. He served as COO and then CFO responsible for all financial and SEC reporting functions as Carbiz grew to operate 26 BHPH lots in 9 states. Since 2010 he has provided consulting services to BHPH dealers including assistance in obtaining financing (with over $50MM successfully closed), dealer financial accounting and management, and establishment of reinsurance structures. He happily, brings a consulting approach to working with dealers to implement the Company’s suite of products.
